On 23rd of March (a Saturday) Steve Paul will be running various classes at Lancing Leisure Centre. Lancing Lc is right on the A27 and takes 20mins from Lewes on a clear day.

For those of you who don’t know Steve, he coached Rob Parsons and other members of Lewes Fencing Club and is a former triple Olympian. Steve was also Pierce Brosnan’s fencing double in ‘Die Another Day’ and has won the Commonwealth Games. Steve ‘Paul’ is also the Grandson of Leon Paul.

There will be three classes lasting 1hr and 15mins each at a cost of £10 per class. Electric pistes will also be set up for those wishing to pop along and just fight new people. Piste fighting only is £5.

It would be great to get a mix of different people down for this day from different clubs and whilst not a competition, there will be a lot of fighting.

The classes will be:

9-10.15 Children

10.15-11.30 Children

11.30-12.45 Adults

Piste fighting/electric will be from 9am-1pm

Limited places so let me know asap. Also, if just coming for electric you’ll need your own kit (unless you are from Worthing Fc).
